MUVE Coffee Return Policy

At Muve Coffee, your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong product or if the coffee is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please Note:

  • We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or consumed.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued for errors or quality issues on our part.

Refunds

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
